F220 Bleeder Overtemperature Shutdown放氣器過熱停機

Description:說明：The regenerated energy from the mechanism of the machine via the motor has exceeded the power capability of the bleeder resistor. 通過電機已超過泄放電阻器的功率能力。

By exceeding the maximum resistance energy, the drive will shutdown

according to the set error reaction.

超過最大阻力能量，驅(qū)動器將關(guān)閉根據(jù)設(shè)定誤差反應(yīng)。

Thereby protecting the bleeder from temperature damage.

從而保護泄放器免受溫度損壞。

Cause:原因：

The reflected energy from the machine’s mechanism over the motor is

too large.電機上機器機構(gòu)的反射能量為太大了。

Remedy:處理措施：

With too much power ---> reduce the acceleration value

功率過大--->降低加速度值

With too much energy ---> reduce the velocity

能量太大--->降低速度

Check the drive installation.

檢查驅(qū)動器的安裝情況。

May require installation of an additional bleeder module.

可能需要安裝額外的放氣模塊。

力士樂不常見故障代碼查詢：

F218故障，驅(qū)動器過熱停機。 驅(qū)動器放大器散熱片溫度過高，散熱片溫度超過50度，驅(qū)動器就會自動斷電，防止放大器損壞。

F219故障，電機/馬達過熱停機。電機的溫度超過160度，到了電機不可以承受的溫度，驅(qū)動器會立即停止工作。

F22故障，制動電阻器過載停機。從機械上檢查到在生能量超過制動器所能承受的能力，所以驅(qū)動器停機。

F226故障，驅(qū)動器電源電源不穩(wěn)。伺服電機電壓值是有驅(qū)動器控制，如果驅(qū)動器電源電源電源下降到不足以給供給驅(qū)動器的電壓，放大器就會停止工作。

F228故障，過大偏差。通過驅(qū)動器監(jiān)控的數(shù)據(jù)檢測到模型的位置數(shù)值和實際反饋的數(shù)值不一樣，已經(jīng)超過了驅(qū)動程序的最大值了。驅(qū)動器停機工作。
