F878 Velocity Loop Error速度回路錯誤
Description:說明：
The velocity loop monitor will appear when the following conditions occur
simultaneously:當(dāng)出現(xiàn)以下情況時，速度環(huán)路監(jiān)視器將出現(xiàn)同時：
• The current command value is at the peak current limit
電流指令值處于峰值電流限制
• The difference between the actual velocity and the command velocity
is larger than 10% of the maximum motor velocity.
實際速度和指令速度之間的差異大于最大電動機速度的10%。
• actual speed > 1.25% of maximum speed
實際速度>最大速度的1.25%
• command and actual acceleration have different qualifying signs
指令和實際加速度有不同的限定標(biāo)志
Cause:原因：
1. Motor cable is connected incorrectly.
電機電纜連接不正確。
2. Defective controller section of the drive.
驅(qū)動器的控制器部分有缺陷。
3. Defective feedback.
反饋有缺陷。
4. Velocity loop paramaterized incorrectly.
速度回路參數(shù)化錯誤。
5. Incorrect commutation offset
換向偏移不正確
Remedy:解決措施：
For 1. Check motor cable connection.
檢查電機電纜連接。
For 2. Exchange drive controller.
更換驅(qū)動器控制器。
For 3. Exchange motor.
更換電機。
For 4. Check velocity controller to see if it is within operational parameters.
檢查速度控制器，看它是否在操作參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)。
